Our Story

In July 2001 David Northridge started Abercorn Surveyors in Barnstaple, North Devon. Iain Neale joined in 2005 and shortly after Abercorn Surveyors became a Private Limited Company. Since then the firm has expanded in both the areas it covers and the services it offers. Richard Evans joined as a consultant in 2012.

We cover parts of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall offering a wide range of commercial and residential property services. (see map).

We are a close knit team who strives to provide a personal and professional services for all of our clients. We pride ourselves on the fact that a lot of our work is from repeat custom and word of mouth.
