RICS & ISVA

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a globally recognised professional body that can trace its routes back to London in 1792. In 1881 the RICS received its Royal Charter, promoting the profession for the good of the public. To be an individual member or a regulated firm requires you to uphold the highest of professional standards and ethics as set out in the RICS byelaws and regulations.

The Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association (ISVA) is an independent association of experienced firms and surveyors. The ISVA compliments the RICS in much of what it does, requiring the highest standards and professionalism.
